We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our residential property department.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to assigned lawyers and the residential property department.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage and organise digital legal files, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient retrieval.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for lawyers and clients.
  • Maintain calendars and manage deadline reminders.
  • Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and compile reports or summaries as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

 Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution Department. The successful candidate will be used to managing a diverse caseload independently, demonstrating exceptional legal acumen and the ability to work without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve a wide range of disputes.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Prepare legal documents, including statements of case, witness statements, court applications and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in court or at mediation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
