Charles is the firm’s Managing Director.
Prior to managing the firm, Charles specialised in Commercial property.
Charles’ family have been practising law in Cornwall since the mid-1950’s and he is the third generation of his family to do so.
Allison Bunney - Director
Allison is a Director, Solicitor and the Head of Commercial Property.
Allison advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, business transfers, property refinance and mortgages.
Allison also advises on the acquisition of commercial and residential development land, including options and overage agreements, development set ups both freehold and leasehold and infrastructure agreements for roads, utilities and management companies.
