Charles French & Co appoint a new Director!

We are pleased to announce that Kathy Carr is to be appointed Head of Residential Property and becomes a Director of the firm from 1 September 2016

Kathy joined the firm in October 2014 and is a member of the Council for Licenced Conveyancers.

Kathy carries out a wide range of residential conveyancing work, including buying and selling high value residential and leasehold property, as well as equity release transactions.  With over 30 years’ property experience in Cornwall, Kathy is an expert in considering and advising on a number of local issues that often arise in conveyancing transactions relating to radon, mundic and tin mining.

Charles French comments that “this promotion recognises Kathy’s hard work and commitment since joining the firm, including providing an excellent client service.  We look forward to Kathy leading our growing residential property team”.
