I am an associate solicitor of over 35 years’ experience, much of it in property matters including acting for Landlords in Landlord and Tenant matters. Our hourly rates are £310 and £325 plus VAT respectively. Along with standard billing options, we also offer fixed, and in some cases deferred fee options.
